Project Type-Website Redesign

Overview:

Little Wings is a childcare service website designed to reflect warmth, trust, and professionalism for parents and families. The goal was to create a user-friendly online presence that showcased the program, communicated reliability, and encouraged sign-ups.

I built the website using HTML and CSS, ensuring it was responsive across devices. The design emphasized soft, child-friendly colors and approachable typography, balanced with a clean structure for parents to navigate easily. FileZilla was used for live testing to refine responsiveness. The focus was on clarity and simplicity, so busy parents could quickly find essential information.

The main challenge was creating a professional yet playful aesthetic that appealed to both children’s sensibilities and parents’ expectations of safety and trust. Another challenge was handling the technical aspect of responsiveness, ensuring the site looked consistent across browsers and devices. This required testing, refining layouts, and balancing visual design with technical functionality.
